Do you know what really amazes me? We have so much information at our fingertips and people are still working out wrong.

It’s Insanity


People keep doing the same old thing and expect different results. They lift weights for a little while and then they do cardio for a little while but they just can’t seem to lose much weight. I don’t know how they do it to be honest with you. They spend 2 hours in the gym 5 nights a week and see little results. And if they are seeing results they need to know that they DON’T have to spend 2 hours a night in the gym to get them.

Maximum Results, Minimum Time


Before I go any further let me make one thing clear.
One Thing: If you’re a body builder or endurance athlete kettlebell training will benefit you highly, but you’re still going to have to lift weights or train for extended periods of time.

But for the rest of you that are looking for an effective way to lose a few dress sizes or get more slack in that belt, kettlebell workouts are for you. Kettlbell training is really like cheating because of how effective just a 20 minute workout can be. If you really want to reap the benefits do a 45 minute kettlebell workout. But I promise you’ll never have to swing, press or lift these things for 2 hours. Not unless your insane and trying to set a kettlebell world record.

I’m sure you’ve seen these crazy looking things by now. And if you’re wondering if they really work, the answer is yes… IF you use them. Kettlebells are not some piece of junk fitness equipment that you buy off an infomercial that falls apart after the second use. They are durable and effective.
