How many times have you been sitting in front of your t.v. when an ad for one of those miracle working, fat burning, body sculpting, pieces of “fitness equipment” comes on? The ad goes on telling you how “simple” and “easy” it is to use. And how you’ll look like those chiseled hard bodies in the ad by working out just 4 minutes a day for 30 days.
