15 Minute Kettlebell Workout

What would you say is the #1 reason people give for not exercising? Any reason/excuse(that’s really what it is) will do, but the number one reason is… not enough time.

Well, that’s just not the case anymore because I did a kick butt workout last night and it only took 15 minutes. Now if you don’t have 15 minutes to workout, just admit you really don’t want to workout. It’s ok, but you’re going to have to live with the consequences of being fat and out of shape. I’m not trying to offend anyone, but sometimes you have to hear the truth before you’ll get motivated and take action. Exercise will do nothing but benefit your life.

So here’s the workout that I did in just 15 minutes, that reaped massive rewards:
-Pushups x15 (women you can be on your knees)
-Squat jumps x20
-Kettlebell rows each side x15
-Kettlebell leg lifts x40 (lying flat on your back holding the kettlebell up above your chest)
-Kettlebell swings x50 double handed
(Repeat as many times as you can in 15 minutes)

Trust me when I say I felt this kettlebell workout. You may not be able to do everything on this list. And rest when you need to, but do what you can.
