For this kettlebell workout, all you need is a kettlebell, a focused mindset and positive attitude and ten minutes. Ready? Go. Do 5 rows with the kettlebell in each hand. Then do 10 squat thrust followed by 15 push ups. After that do 20 kettlebell swings. Repeat for 10 minutes. Trust me, you’ll burn some calories and build some muscles. Enjoy.
